You will learn to do this with your offers as well, because whether it is seen or unseen, there is always a cost to your career identity, and your pocket book, for wasting the time, energy and/or resources of high value people and organizations that you may intend to transact with, now or in the future.

    So here’s how it works – prior to the final yes, you draw a line in the sand. The client must re-affirm their intention to move forward, in full knowledge of all aspects of the commitment they are making, including but not limited to what saying “YES” means as it relates to their financial investment, time investment, etc.
